What is skill development?

The relationship with skill development is to make India's youth technically capable. Along with studies, they have to develop such skills through which they can get employment. Why is the skill development of young people of India necessary?

There are many young people in our country who have talent, but due to the poor, they can not get expensive training. In such skill development, they can be made skilled. India can be a world power only if there are different types of skills in the young people here. 60% of India's population is below 40 years. So here are a large number of working people.

If all the young men and women are involved with different types of skills, then they will start a new business so that India will emerge as a great power and lead the world. At the same time, the young man will stand on his feet. Will be able to earn their livelihood. They will set up their own jobs and give jobs to other people and develop society.

Developing skills will also help in reducing poverty in India.

Today many young people of India go to foreign countries to do jobs. After the launch of skill development scheme in the country, the youth of India will not have to go abroad. The same can stay in their country and get jobs and earn money.

This will increase the per capita income of India. National income will increase. People will improve the quality of life and India will fall as a superpower.

Proper guidance

First of all, the government should give proper guidance to the youth. Counseling of the youth and training them according to their design. For example, the young computer and technology courses should be given the same training.

Right training

The government can give training for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years time. When the youth of the country gets proper training, they will get their job.

Nowadays, many companies go to ITI College, Engineering College, Computer Technology College and give jobs to the youth. All companies simply need talent and skill in the youth. Companies want to hire those people who have talent inside.

Skills Development Schemes started by the Government of India

Prime Minister Skill Development Plan

This scheme was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 15, 2015, according to the plan, 2022 aims to train 400 million youth in India.

Stand up India

The scheme started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 5th April 2016, aims at promoting business among young people in India and spreading entrepreneurship. For the youth belonging to Scheduled Castes Scheduled Tribes, the youth belonging to the backward classes of India It is aimed at imparting training, along with the goal of this scheme to promote self-employment.

Make in India

This plan was started on 25 September 2014 by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Under this, industries in India will be promoted. External countries were told that they should come to India and establish their business businesses and make production here. After launching this scheme, the US, China invested $ 63 billion in India as FDI (Foreign Direct Investment).

Japan has given a fund of 12 lakh crores for the Make In India Scheme. The aim of this scheme is to establish industry businesses in areas such as automobiles, food processing, thermal power, media and entertainment, electronics, textile and garments, biotechnology, space, aircraft industry heavy machinery, computer and information technology, oil and gas. .
